I am all for cryptozoology and stuff, but what do you think is the reasonable answer? I like to believe in Nessy, but I also recognize that Jeremy Wade found a plausible culprit. Shameless plug for River Monsters! :hi: On a side note..........
If you gut a deer in the woods the gut pile will be gone the next day. I'm not making Bigfoot excuses because the notion of a large animal roaming through the woods without ever being seen is idiotic.
My rule of thumb is anything killed by a bear or wolf is the propery of that bear or wolf until otherwise forfeited by written notice.
I know coyotes will drag their kills a long ways off. Bobcats will bury their kills pretty well to the point where you won't find them if you don't smell it.
I put a trail camera over a gut pile and hawks got on it literally 5 minutes after I left. Between the hawks, crows and owls, there wasn't much left for the coyotes and possums
I loved how the guy had enough guts to state what we all have quietly known, Mississippi is in fact a 3rd world country that isn't part of the United States.
