This is getting a bit too much guys. I could stand toe to toe with Kiffin, Doufus and Butch and just beat the shit out of them for putting my beloved Vols in such a position of accepted mediocrity by so large a segment of our nation's number one dumbass fans. The only extension Butch deserves is one on my penis driven balls deep. No extension may mean he will leave.

But I cannot go and become a fan for a different school. I can get behind another school in which I have an interest such as ETSU if they get to playing halfway decently since I went there two years. Or Ohio State since my wife is such a big fan, even though they used to be my fourth most hated team behind Bama, Florida, and Notre Damn. She has shown me how to share each others enthusiasm for our favorites.

After going to Neyland Stadium for 59 years, you don't just walk away because of this buffoon. It may take more time than I would like, but this will eventually come to a head. Yes our fans are almost Bama dumb, but even they will finally catch on. Don't attend games as a protest, I am now doing that myself. Don't buy merchandise, I do not. But UT is my team, I'll be behind them to the grave. I equate it to supporting your country, but still being an activist to get rid of those currently f***ing it up.

Find another team to pull for if you want, just retain UT as your true love. If your love is not strong enough, go in peace, you may find your winning team to feel good about. Yes it is hard to feel so frustrated about the state of UT football, and walking away is an easy thing to do. I am probably drawing derision from some of you, thinking what a sentimental old coot I am. Or much worse. That's okay, there are many of you I have great respect for and love you as brothers. Those who get it will and those who do not will not. Just do not ask nor expect me to join in.

I may need a sabbatical for a while. Perhaps I overreact, I know I am slowly losing it. Now that is a tough thing to have to live with.
