For Knox County, an unenforceable order that considers 90% of businesses as essential wasn't going to change anything. The traffic around town right now is about like it is during summer break.

 

I wonder that the new "just go back to life as normal" numbers look like.

 

Traffic was noticeably less for me yesterday morning, didn’t have to hit the brakes on alcoa highway

 

Was looking for that study, and found this tool projecting death + hospital usage stats on a state by state basis. At the least gives me a baseline expectation for numbers in TN.
