That phrase is courtesy of my old man, who affectionately refers to himself as "Grey Headed Old Bastard" or GHOB, for short. He's no poet but he has some damn good one-liners...that one just happens to be my favorite.

[ddiapos] seems to be decent at evaluating talent at the wide receiver position. He's probably a decent position coach. That said, he has no business being a coordinator or a head coach ever again. He has terrible leadership skils and an ego that no one can tolerate. It's easier to deal with a jerk that gets the job done, but if you suck and you're arrogant, then you're going to find yourself in the unemployment line within no time.
