If you agreed to use a sperm donor and impregnate your wife in vitro, yes, you would. Legally they would be your kids. No difference here.
The whole thing doesn't add up though... How can you be "on board" with all of that and then 28 days into a marriage file for annulment because of fraud and "duress" over the pregnancy?
