I was fine with Iran-Contra and the policy in Central America. I will agree that failing to bomb Lebanon back to the Stone Ages was a mistake.

 

How much of her public persona is act? I've always assumed 80% or greater.

That's interesting though. Very interesting.

 

Iran-Contra was fine as long as you like violating American laws, lying about it to arm Islamic terrorists and supporting unpopular rebel groups in Nicaragua who regularly terrorized the local populace and committed regular human rights violations, not to mention Reagan claimed to know absolutely nothing that was going on.

I'm a huge fan of disproportionate response. It usually gets the desired results.

 

The mom certainly looks and sounds like someone that deserves to have ball bearings launched at her knee caps at high velocity.
