Depends if he is implying that Gurley would also be playing in Tennessee's Run 'N None offense. The concept of having your RB receive a handoff with 1) both of his heels firmly planted in the ground AND 2) a full second headstart from the defense, is hopefully the worst you'll ever see on a football field.

Maybe. Gurley is also a Heisman quality junior. And it's not like the guys behind him have struggled. Their entire platoon of running backs is averaging 8ypc. I bet we have five or fewer total rushes that were as long as that average.

Hurd really doesn't have a whole lot of plays I'd consider to be a high percentage for big gains. Mostly inside, trying to find holes between an atrocious OL group.
