Government pisses 100 Billion dollars a year away in error

Sketchy based upon the idea that an agenda driven group comes up with a huge number to justify their organization's existence and no one else has corroborated. I know there's waste. $100 billion a year? I need some more consensus.

 

I need something to prove it isn't absurdly low.
