I'm such a homer this week. 98% of my time is being spent thinking about kicking FLA's teeth in this Saturday.
I have to go on hour and a half increments. I have to either go 5.5, 7 or or until I wake up on my own. My body is at it's worst if I get 6.5 or 8. It's weird.
somewhere between 6.5-7 makes me feel the best for the day. If i let myself sleep, I'll be up and ready to go at the 8 hour mark regardless of what time I went to sleep. I"ll be sluggish within 4-5 hours though. If I keep up the 6.5-7, I can typically be fine all day (except for the actual getting out of bed part).
I've been getting 7-8 hours lately, up at 7:30. Been training myself to get right out of bed. **** Florida
I can go on 5.5 for about two weeks, but if I do, I pretty much have to have a day where I sleep until I wake up. It doesn't have to be 12 hours or anything like that, it just has to silence an alarm clock.
Thing is, this Saturday nobody is going to be sleeping because we'll be too busy singing Rocky Top all night long, amirite?
