no question. the stupid decision to put a sorry passer on the field instead of a marginally sorrier passer with some help for the run game was stupid as hell and borderline fireable IMO.
Dobbs couldn't throw last year and can't throw this year. He's not good at throwing the football. His running just makes up for it.
He's played 1 game with North in 2 years and didn't rep in practice with Pearson until October. Judging by how he's been able to make Croom appear serviceable, I'd say he's going to look very good through the air when he's actually able to prepare like the starter before October.
Timing and practice can only do so much to help piss poor accuracy. His bad misses weren't misses because of a lack of practice. They were due to a lack of throwing talent.
