Riley’s problem early on was that he couldn’t hit anything except fastballs. Teams started throwing him nothing but sliders and curves for a while. He’s gotten much better at hitting off speed stuff.

I was looking through the current active leader lists, and IMO the only player who would have a shot at 700 currently playing is Soto, and he'd have to up the home run production to do it. I can't see Trout getting there.

 

Still baseball season, imo.

Probably would have swept them if Snitker hadn’t mismanaged the bullpen. He is such a dumbass when the team is a run or two down.
