To show my support for Tennessee against Colgate, I haven't brushed my teeth this year

 

Using Crest would’ve been just as supportive, but you do you.

 

Uni might have been onto something pointing out lackluster play from SEC teams.

OU stomped Ole Miss
Miss St currently struggling with Liberty
UT struggles with Colgate
Auburn nearly lost to New Mexico State
LSU didn’t pull away from Yale until late

 

I gotta give the kid credit... he knows more about basketball than me but when we spend the first half jacking failed 3 after failed 3 it doesn’t matter who’s doing the shooting. I’m just glad that Admiral drained ‘em when he absolutely HAD to! I know it’s crazy to be pessimistic about a team that has won 30 games so I’ll shut up about it and see how the Iowa game shakes out.

 

At the risk of having Tenny move this to the ‘Dome under an Oral Hygiene thread....I started using a cinnamon and baking soda based tooth powder and haven’t gone back to paste of any type. The powder works way better...

 

It ia what it is savage. We have lapses and some 3 point shooters light us up. But like you mentioned, we are 1 win from matching the most wins in a single season in UT basketball history, while playing 6 or 7 more ranked teams (guessing, but ganzaga. Ks, Ky x 3, MS st x 2, Louisville, aub?) than the '07 team played.

 

How did you know we were going to play them back in January??

 

Well, I’m well known around here for clear, reasoned thinking and never, EVER overreacting to anything so there’s that!

So 5-2. Good for T-2 with ACC for best conference record, behind only 7-1 big 1/0(1)

Beyond just record, every team not named UK struggled. Only “good” win was Florida over Nevada.

Not sure how other conferences compare in those regards, but I’ll probably give it a look at the end of the weekend so there’s more data to consider.
