And this matters how, in terms of defining political ideology? Furthermore, your point? That killing is bad, and that extremist groups do it more effectively? Wow, Nobel level thesis there. Stop, everyone. No, stop. SOJ just made a huge discovery...

Yeah, I was aware that we were talking about the same name. I had no beef with that. Saying they are the same is where I had the issue as I see so do you.

  3. Do they ever serve different masters? No! That is in name alone.

Proof? North Korea, where Kim Jong-il is worshiped today, just as Hitler was in 1945.

Two sides of the same coin.

  4. Matter of fact, do you know what the North Koreans call their party?

The North Korean Workers' Party. Workers' Party? Where have I heard that before?

    Very amused now.

Take a coin. Call that coin "socialism." Now, put it heads up, and call that Communism. Is there an opposite side? What is that opposite side called?

Now... explain how saying "fasicm and communism are opposite sides of the same political ideology (coin)" differs from "two sides of the same coin."

You are effectively agreeing that they are different, yet whole heartedly disagreeing. You are, in short, a conundrum.

  6. Why does it bother you? What bothers you about Socialists/Communists/Nazis being held in the same light?

    Which one are you?

    Ok Bama fan.

    Apparently both.

  8. In both systems the people serve the state. In both systems refusal to serve the state leads to prison, torture, and death.

    Now, the difference is........................

Can a citizen own property, a business, a home, etc in North Korea?

Could citizens own businesses, homes, property in Nazi Germany?

The answer to those questions will tell you that the two systems have vast differences.

Besides, you picked the only communist state in history that practices a hereditary leadership structure.

  12. I will repeat this for those who can't understand.

In both systems the people serve the state. In both systems refusal to serve the state leads to prison, torture, and death.

    Now, the difference is........................

What, they are the same, right? They both have the same goals (win football games) and the same means, right?

Why shouldn't we call you a Bama fan?

It is because it isn't the similarities that define us, it is the differences.

I can make as many similarity arguments between UT and Bama as you can between Fascism and Communism. Yet you don't want to be lumped as a Bammer, but don't have a problem lumping Fasicm and Communism together?

    Yes. I am the moron.

    What defines each:

Fascism: Nation and Race greater than all else. [This is a RIGHT wing viewpoint]
Communism: Everyone equal. [This is a LEFT wing viewpoint]

Actually communism is designed for the state to provide for the people. Whether it works that way or not is a different story.

  17. That is by definition. By end result the difference is...........NONE! You serve the state without complaint, or you die. Dissent is a capital offense.

Let us use Occupy as an example.

    A communist government would.......

    A fascist government would.......

Crush those protesters like bugs, and would do it without hesitation.

  18. All governments are designed to provide for the people to some extent.

In a perfect world our government would provide infrastructure, basic laws of the land, and military defense. The rest would be up to us.

Again, Bama fan, the similarities are not what define, the differences are what make the distinction. Let me put this in terms you, apparently, can understand.

Thus, by your logic, you are a liberal Bama hippie.

  20. The only difference is on paper.

I'll try to make this simple.

Communism: You work, you walk the line without question, you don't complain. Refusal to do any of these three can and will result in prison/tortue/death.

Fascism: You work, you walk the line without question, you don't complain. Refusal to do any of these three can and will result in prison/torture/death.

....but they are different on paper.
