I'm amazed my old neighbor hadn't gotten his ass kicked though I think he hides from the people. every couple of months I'd get someone come to my door asking what the hell is problem was. the worst was when he put up a wall. very fancy stone. guy built the wall and the neighbor decided that he didn't want any cracked stone. he called the guy and he wouldn't replace the individual stones because he said that tiny cracks are naturally in this type of stone. looked beautiful to me. one morning i hear this horrible racket and look outside and the neighbor is taking a hammer to the stones he thinks are cracked. somehow he convinced the guy that they cracked this way on their own. he replaces the stones. then the neighbor never paid him.
Why do you even open the bill? Throw it in the garbage like the rest of the people with no insurance do.
