TMobile did planned maintenance last night between 11 and 2. Just odd they did that and are least affected.

 

Looking at NOAA, there is low sun activity today, and if it was a solar flare, seems like it would be affecting more than just AT&T.

 

Already had someone tell me this was Biden's doing this morning. "Making it where the citizens can't communicate so he can pull something with the military. Be vigilant today."

Also, every older person I've talked to this morning has told me how they grew up without cell phones and were fine.

I'm backing away from it in many cases, because there are too many variables and we're convicting too many innocent people, but in open and shut cases like this one, I have no issue with it.

It does give me pause to object with a full heart because he is right there in 4k doling it out over a matter of responsibility for his own bullshit. There was true intention for what happened and more (coming back around like that for the second officer). So while I don't think the state should be able to kill people it has captive... Ya, I don't know. I'm not in charge, and he can't cry about reaping what he sows.

 

His family (well some of them) are trying to say this was self defense, police brutality, racism, etc. They don't seem to be getting much support. Granted I don't check that often because it's not good for my blood pressure.

 

Not self defense. Not brutality, not racism. He wouldn't get out of the car. He wouldn't cooperate at all. He pulled a lethal weapon first. If ANYTHING, his actions are going to lead to other people getting brutalized by creating an atmosphere of fear and danger. I get they are family, but the fact is he could have just cooperated and faced the music on illegally having a firearm. Heck, he'd probably have a lot of support if he cooperated and showed no malice or danger. People are fairly pro gun. But no. He instead proved why he shouldn't have had one.
