    I certainly wouldn't go that far. Depends on his coordinators, but he would recruit the hell out of the southeast.

    If the guy can't call plays then I seriously question if he can do all that is required of a head coach.

    I would take Tee, if he is the 7th or 8th guy down. Too many better coaches available.

    I didn't see a point other than "a coach that can't call plays can't be a head coach", which isn't true.

    If he had play-calling stripped from him, then how he is supposed to handle an entire football organization? The weight from OC to HC has to be drastic.

    Because he isn't a good playcaller. Head coach is a program leader. Hire good position coaches and coordinators. Problem solved.
