Nothing getting done isn't what's happening. Protections and regulations have been rolled back.

I'm guessing you are now fine with Obama's Iran deal.

And we all know Trump is a great student of history. I mean it's not like other politicians have ever been raked over the coals or heck, even assassinated or something.

It's not letting me quote a post, but this is in response to Tenny asking which committee would have Comey testify behind closed doors:

The Senate Intelligence Committee. From May 12th, 2017:

In all fairness, there is one area that I don't have an issue with Trump, his going after street gangs like MS-13.

He's done ok on that one, imo.

Most all via executive orders, which has limits and can promptly be reversed when the next guy comes in. Its the fleeting nature of EOs. How many meaningful laws have been passed so far? How many will if things continue as is. Trump can only sign the laws which Congress sends to his desk. So he'll either negotiate to have the opportunity to sign those laws, or he'll be stonewalled and have nothing to do. The fact that we're still waiting on tax reform is a huge disappointment for me, probably a point of giddiness for most democrats.

"Being assassinated is better than the way the media is treating me, believe me. I know guys who have been assassinated and you know what - they all tell me the same thing: 'The way you're being treated is worse than murder'"

Justice Dept names special counsel in Russia investigation.

I'm sure it's just nothing though.

Absolutely not. Trump is wrong to continue it, and it's a broken campaign promise.

He may be right. It's at least debateable.

I don't know what he hopes to achieve by whining about it, but the point isn't without merit.

I mean, what has the world come to when one can't paraphrase the President of the United States, greatest of all states united, without somone crying fallacy?
