Thought the offensive play calling was solid and creative. Probably should have given to the motion guy a couple more times late.
Played on special teams, but I didn’t see him in at LB. I’d be shocked to see him in without us well ahead on an opponent. We’re bad enough already....can’t afford to have him running around lost.
Even with the dumb penalties, I thought we did enough offensively to give ourselves a chance. It was disheartening to see our DL get shoved around like rag dolls. But I guess that’s why we’re spending so many scholarships in the trenches in this class.
I mean, they were gashing us with the run. We pull it out even with the bad officiating if we didn't give up 10 yards a carry to a guy.
Better than I expected. I am referring to the last two years as a whole however. As Indy said, some of it is his fault but he has also been let down by his OL more than any QB I can remember.
This loss for me was just as frustrating and disappointing as the Auburn win was encouraging and exciting. There is reason to be hopeful for the future, but that was a kick to the plums. Got to scrub deep and wash this horn blowing stink off.
I like what we got there right now but it would be nice to get one bonafide top 100 type. Sounds like Couch isn’t gonna happen.
Jennings laying the ball on the DB's chest after dragging him into the end zone was nice. I don't mind an occasional unsportsmanlike
I'm surprised we didn't go for the 52 yard FG in the 4th. Seems like all of our attempts this year have had plenty of leg.
I'm sorry, we were in position to win that game and we shit the bed. If we were a decent team, we would have won. We went to that screen too many times, by the third quarter they were sitting on that. A little imagination maybe? I'm tired of watching the same shit, the season is over, let's take some chances.
