In college, can the box review any play? They just ov returned a call in the Wash/ASU game, saying it wasn’t targeting but instead an incomplete pass. Seemed a bit off.

This PSU/OSU game is being set up to big... it'll be a let down IMO.

The last 2 years, OSU has outgained PSU 942-559 but has gone 1-1 in the series.. and that's exactly 1 game after Penn State dropped 508 on the vaunted Michigan D that was, to that point, #2 or 3 in the country.

I want one of my alma maters to take out the nefarious red team with the dumb mascot, but it's not looking good.
