Maybe. I still find it hard to believe that the entire team went to crap, and Jerry simultaneously went to crap, but for a totally different reason.

 

If he can stay healthy, the correct answer will be Calvin Johnson, imo. The guy is an absolute match up nightmare.

 

If I needed a catch, I'd go with Freddy B of the Raiders. Probably too long ago for you young'ens to remember.

 

The thing about him, way back as a freshman at GT he was still a physical as all hell. Skinny as a rail and no one would call him Megatron, but he'd outfight anyone for a ball. Kind of why I'm not stunned that Croom still can't be physical despite all the muscle.

The difference in their yards per catch numbers is negligible, not to say that their styles weren't vastly different.

Could Moss have played major league baseball? Both were very fast (Jackson still has the fastest 40 timed at the NFL combine if I am not mistaken), and I know Jackson was an all-state level track athlete in HS.

And I know Jackson would out lift Moss.

 

And set all the records.
