Maybe you’ll lose some insects!

 

I don’t think the laws of the universe work there way. It’s like entropy. All random events must lead to no change or more insects.

 

Anybody have any opinion on wunderground’s accuracy? They seem to always be the best, even better than NWS a lot of times, but I don’t generally follow the weather too closely

Reason I ask is that their snow forecast for my area looks like anything between 5 and 11 inches and everyone else is saying like 2-4

 

Check that, cumulative range is now around 5-9

I sure hope the timing is such that Mid TN gets mostly snow

 

Yeah Memphis is about to get rocked by some snow Sun/Mon (according to our standards anyway).

Looking forward to it as long as we keep our power. I'm working from home anyway.

 

If we get 2-3 inches of ice, uh oh

 

They are saying .1-.25

.25 is where is starts to get dicey as far as power is concerned

 

We seem to be on the ice/snow line where we are - a bit further from the coast. Would love for the kids to get a snow.

 

It’s what I use when deciding on games in spring. Found it to be much more accurate.

 

If we get 6 inches here, my dogs will be ecstatic. They will also try to eat the entire yard

 

weather underground takes a lot more into account, imo. They seem to update more often.

Roads are icy this morn in mid tn. I mean slick

 

It’s looking more and more like in Wilson County we are right on that ice/snow line for tonight. If you are west to northwest of me, you may luck out and get more snow.

Make sure your carbon monoxide detectors are working if you have a gas heat source in case of power outage

 

Yeah they are telling people flatly to stay off the roads, already

Unfortunately this freezing rain is going to render a lot of the proactive salting useless

 

Slick as hell outside here in the Boro. Should have gotten my milk sandwich ingredients yesterday. Wasn't expecting it to escalate this quickly.

 

I'm about to make a grocery store run myself.
