The 8th's Holly Bobo Kidnapping Thread

Remains have been confirmed as Holly's.

 

I wonder if the remains were found along the same logging road that leads from the back of her parent's property, and the area where her brother saw her go into the woods, and the last time she was seen alive?

No significance to my question, I just recalled that there was talk of a logging road back there, and wonder.

 

I would guess they have the one thing they've been missing now.

Was it there all along or was it planted there

 

I doubt it. The aerial shots showed it right next to I-40. I doubt animals drug it there, it's been too long,

 

It could have been drug out onto the surface recently or some time ago by animals. Regardless, if it was moved/messed with by animals, they will be able to figure that out if they want to forensically or with DNA amplification.

 

I still can't make sense of the brother in all of this.

 

I've always felt he was involved somehow.

 

or he has a mental delay of some sort.

From what I have read, the defense has been requesting access to evidence for months, and have been stonewalled and denied at every turn. Even the judge in this is getting tired of the feet dragging of the prosecution. This whole case is a cluster****, to put it mildly.

 

I wonder how quickly the defense will now try to paint the deceased as the true culprit....

 

Does anyone know what is going on with the case? Why is the State not turning anything over to the defense?

There is a hearing next week to determine if one of the brothers will be released given the delay.

Looks to me like there is no evidence seeing as how the original prosecutor dropped out after having a problem with the TBI.
