    It's a popular opinion to throw around with the inclusion of the Candlestick Park caveat. While that no doubt hindered his numbers, similar hindrances could just as easily be said about others who are in the same conversation i.e. Mickey Mantle and his knees.

    I loved the depiction of him in the HBO series about the Lakers.

    He apparently was a bit of a maniac, but amazing player and probably the GOAT GM.

    He was an admitted alcoholic for the entirety of his life and career but his knees decimated him.
