They did that seven years ago when they lost 65-39 to Florida in the second round.

Correct, they should have not been in. St. John's had a better resume across the board.

 

So did Indiana St.

… and Pitt

 

I would rather have seen St. Johns in but these teams definitely had a case as well.

I can’t see Colorado or Boise beating Florida

 

Indiana State Pitt and St John’s all 3 should have been in over 3 of the 4 teams I watched in the first four.

 

Cal has been killing it lately:

9 years without a final four
1 NCAA win in the past five years
2 wins in the past five SEC tourneys
No #1 seed in the tourney since ‘15
The last 5 tourneys they’ve been eliminated by 9,5,15, 3, and 14 seeds

All the while bringing in top ranked recruiting class after top ranked recruiting class.
