Ok, let me rephrase: Why did you say this? Like what are the details that give you this perception? I am about to move to Murfreesboro so curious. Just wondering what they are doing there to try to emulate Williamson County and what should they be doing to not do that? Like I guess are you implying that they are trying to gentrify the place and it hurts local low income people. Well, that's the only thing I can think of. I mean I realize Williamson is the richest county in Tennessee but are other counties surrounding Davidson trying to emulate them or is the spillover from Nashville's growth just hitting them as well? I would have thought the latter. Anyway just curious since I'm about to be inhabiting a wannabe county.
I'm guessing you are right on the money: Murfreesboro is developing and losing some of its local flavor.
Hendersonville- we're going to build a wall and keep Madison out Sent from my SM-G930U using Tapatalk
They are trying very hard to be the next "it" city in Tennessee. The stuff being built on medical center parkway is nice.
I like hipster operated. I saw a guy wearing skinny jeans and a sponge bob square pants fanny pack the other day
I'm not much of a hipster but where hipsters congregate there's usually good music and good food so I'm with you.
I think there's just a hipster music gold rush right now so there's a lot of shit out there you have to wade through to find the good stuff.
Basically this. I've always thought they had a bit of a chip on their shoulder as to that they are jealous of Williamson co income demographics and influence. Feel like a underappreciated bigger brother.
