This article tells us what we already know. The writing and research is good. Goes to show that Blackburn is the guy. Secondly, I'm willing to bet that if Blackburn has talked to Jones, he has talked to potential replacements too.

Article says almost nothing about Jones flat out sucking as a coach. There are SO MANY in-game examples of Butch being absolutely lost and making ridiculous coaching decisions. If all of us can see that shit, the players almost certainly see it as well.

If everyone on the team knows their coach sucks at coaching, why would they respect him? Of course our culture sucks. Everyone knows the man in charge has no idea what he is doing.
