Alright seeing Pruitt trash the effort is making me feel better. I expect that -just like last season and year 1 until the last two games- we will see an upward trajectory. We will play a lot better against Alabama.

 

Also, sad to say, Kirby Smart is not going away. That was a false hope.

I'm so over the Falcons. My givadamn is busted. Pretty much applies to the entire NFL, but Falcons in particular.

 

People talk about Rogers being wasted, I think Matt Ryan has similarly been squandered in a league that at times is starved for quality quarterbacks.

 

Ryan has had Roddy White, Julio Jones and Calvin Ridley. Imagine if Rodgers had those guys to throw to

 

Ryan just feels like a good not great qb. Rodgers is a hall of famer

 

Very fair, but I think the general point remains. More than half the league had to make do with smoke and mirrors at that position at some point or another the last decade. The Falcons have not really capitalized. They should have been in the playoffs every year.
