Makes sense. Jeff Fisher had Steve Watterson every year at Tennessee but when he got fired, Steve stayed with the Titans. Rock probably wants to move east and probably doesn't have the relationship with Fisher than Watterson had.

The Tennessee AD reminds me of that flex seal commercial where they put a screen door on the bottom of a boat and spray it with flex seal. This AD would rather spend $100 on several cans of flex seal than $50 to get it fixed right.
