If losing to that UK team and last year as a whole didn't get him fired, I don't see Hart firing him if we win 8 this season.

 

Dooley not being fired had more to do with timing and not his job performance.

8 wins the expectation for just this year or every year? Because I will shit if we become a fanbase who expects 8 wins. 10+ is my expectation most years.

 

A fan base who is okay with 8 wins annually forever is not much of a fan base.
