Severe Weather Thread

Thats a low area surrounded by hills. Its like when it comes over Joelton and Whites Creek its the right spot for it to drop there.

 

While I can’t see Uni’s posts - I, too, am glad that he and his family are safe.

 

Might be out of work for a bit. Our building in Mt. Juliet was hit hard. Thankfully only minor injuries. Hopefully it stays that way.

I agree. But given that we were born and lived here for countless generations, the fact that we find it wild and amazing may mean we are all kind of stupid?

 

I don’t think so.

We get to see the order side of nature most the time.

But we get glimpses of the chaos that’s there and it’s amazing.


Building top soil amazes me too, so maybe I am stupid

 

I also think top soil is amazing, but like I said, I think we might just all be kinda dumb. Or maybe not, nothing else on this planet seems to think about these things. Stupid animals.

 

I don't think awe makes you stupid. I think not being in awe of something that is far greater than yourself is what makes you stupid.
