I gotta be honest. After two months off from work, I would probably have to be dragged back into the office.

 

After 3 days at home my wife is trying to stuff me into a duffel bag and drop me off in the river.

Client calls because he's been in hospital and didn't get stuff in. Note - he doesn't mention the 3 months and 7 days prior he could have had it in, just that he wasn't able to this week. Needs stuff ASAP so he can move into an apartment that is being held for him.

there's someone doing their taxes today that I work with. not sure how one could live like that. they are even sweating coming up with what they have to pay... why wait to the last day to find that out if you are concerned?

I was sweating a little, we usually do our's mid February, and have the money taken out that we owe the Friday before the last day. This year I got money back. Thank you Trump.

I got back far less than normal this year, being an unremarkable middle classer.

 

Compare line 15 on your return from 17 and 18. I'll bet that unless you got a nice raise that 18 is lower.
