This is a little sad.

 

I do a lot of pre engineered metal buildings, they're going up. Ductile iron pipe keeps going up, too. Door closers have tripled.

It hasn't slowed much down because people are spending money like drunk sailors here, though

 

Some of the prices going up are preemptive and its bullshit.

 

But it's American steel.

 

Obviously Nashville has been as hot as anywhere in the country but this seems to be the case just about everywhere.

I've read it before, but this guy could cure cancer and people would complain what a piece of shit he is, and how cancer wasn't that bad anyway

 

He could give some people cancer and they'd praise him for it.

 

Him curing cancer would require him:

a) being incredibly intelligent
b) caring about anyone other than himself
c) putting down his phone and golf clubs long enough to do a significant amount of hard work

In other words, he would have to be an entirely different person.

It's like saying Tennessee fans would hate Butch Jones if he won a national championship. No, we hated him because he was about as far from that as possible.
