why would she? it's not like she's ever had to face any real consequences for past corruptions.

We absolutely should be more isolationist and let them pay for their own defense

To borrow a major talking point of the last week, we're very likely heading to a dark place no matter the winner of this election. It's depressing. If we survive the next 4 years perhaps we'll be ready to pull our collective heads out of our asses.

I think us bernie bros are done with the DNC old guard. They can rig the general without me.

    Here's a legal opinion: no

Parties have set themselves up to be beyond the law and the supremes back them up consistantly. They're considered private entities with extensive first amendment protections. There are no civil rights in primaries.

As for the money, caveat emptor.

    Shocking, isn't it?

Which makes the state requirements that X% of delegates support Y candidate with the most votes. They are a private entity. They can tell the state to screw off and vote how they want.

Of course, there is no requirement that the state put the person that wins the nomination on the ballot, but... when private and public are so intertwined, as they are with political parties, things can get interesting.

As to your follow up post: no bet.

Did HRC promise Bernie a cabinet post, or something?

And anything else I'd imagine. What is she actually above? People talk presidential as an issue for Trump. How on earth does it apply to that worthless POS.

I didn't see anti-Jew things. What were they?

Here's a scenario: Johnson wins New Mexico and no one wins electoral college. Election goes to House.
