Being rich greatly depends on who you are talking to.

I have relatives that think I am rich, and I make ~$60K a year.

my uncle was blown away i live in the same city as the kardasians. i didnt' have the heart to tell him her house is probably worth 10 times what mine is. he's childless and i have a good idea i'm getting cut out of his will because i'm the rich one.

 

I'd still say a balance sheet millionaire is doing well, regardless of location.

This is how my dad's side of the family is to a degree. My parents have always worked and not blown their money.

This made us rich to them because we didn't run the roads all day and had a steady pay check.
