2024 Recruiting Class Thread

We just had a ridiculous recruiting weekend.

Kid is a baller. Losing JJ and getting him instead is a big upgrade. Imo

 

Him being a state champion in the 200m AND triple jump tells me he is explosive. We are rolling this class.

 

I think Heupel has a type when it comes to WR's. He wants track speed. I dig it.

 

His scheme and tempo plus guys that can run by the DB is a killer combo.

 

We cannot recruit a tackle to save our [uck fay]ing lives. But I also can’t blame anybody over 300 lbs not wanting to play in this offense.

 

Elarbee evidently a good coach but not a great recruiter or closer.

 

Didn’t want him anyway. 3 star.

 

Talking about O'Connell? Sucks we lost him. There's chatter at the other place about Bennett Warren being on board. There's another OL named William Satterwhite who, at least on his HUDL film, looks like an aggressive mauler. I like those types. We'll see what pans out I guess.

 

Satterwhite will be a center most likely. Bennett Warren is a top 100 OT. Currently between us and TAMU with us having slight lead.

Gage Ginther is going to be a solid tackle and he's already committed.

 

I don’t know anything about Ronan except a cool first name and he didn’t play anybody in HS

 

He'll be a good interior olineman

 

Ginther keeps getting recruiting ranking boosts.

 

May be getting Cai Bates, a top 10 corner? Apparently not responding to LSU and we are the other one that he was looking hard at.

 

Getting to wax Clemson was the best thing about last year, in terms of changing the recruiting narrative.

 

It was great but nothing touches the final minutes of the CBS Bama broadcast
