The only edge butch has over Dooley is recruiting. Dooley does better with this roster

 

Dooley had nfl talent at almost every offensive position and couldn't win a god damn thing. He couldn't recruit. He was an unbearable asshole.

He quit. Butch won't quit, he will continue to be a bad coach stealing money but he isn't going to mail it in completely like Dooley did.
