Certainly teasing the idea of Vader and Palpatine.

Typically Vader doesn't have a hood, but it sure sets up to a main baddie kneeling before the Emperor.

 

Esp. when there have been rumblings Vader will be in this.

At some point they are going to need a new voice for Vader. JEJ can't do it forever, and they look like they are going to tap it for all it's worth.

 

So, Rogue One isn't part of the new trilogy.

 

No, it's the story of how the Rebellion got the Death Star plans before Episode 4.

 

I wonder if it's one of those things to where they can have JEJ do voice overs in advance to up and coming movies

 

Disney gotta milk the cow for all it's worth. I for one won't mind some more SW movies

I wondered up until the blinding incident of the guy with Luke's whereabouts in 7 wasn't Kanaan. Still wonder.

 

With technology, they can "make" a similar Vader voice.

 

I have no doubt there are a ton of people out there that can do a very good imitation of JEJ doing Vader.

 

The Clone Wars cast really nailed their live action counter parts.

Still, JEJ voice is so distinct.

 

Not sure I'd call a coffee can technology.
