No, he said people who got his guest workers program. It was key they not get to vote. That's an odd thing to say. Like he wants to create an underclass of field laborers without the rights and privileges of Americans. That is what he said.

This whole immigration stuff is a mess. They should play they're limited government by removing the regulations on labor and reducing social welfare and streaming the process of becoming a citizen of this country.

Jesus, these moderators are not good. Part of it is there are too many candidates, and part of it is the format is such that not everyone is getting equal time.
