Where was war mentioned? Where was prepping to do battle against active duty military mentioned? I saw where it said he ordered them to keep an eye on them. I'm sure for many years, Iraq's intelligence agency was "keeping an eye" on the US. That hardly equates to the statements that the Iraqi Revolutionary guard would throw the Americans into the ocean. Etc, Etc.
