Ugh, I hate, hate, hate being late for work on Monday. All because my ID slipped out of my pocket and slid slid between the seats in my car. Thankfully, it didn't make it to the "mouth of hell" as I call it. That's a place where insulation, carpeting, and sheetmetal all fail to be stitched together. Stuff that slides in there is gone for good. How is it that car companies can build vehicles with backup cameras, radar cruise, lane detection, corrective steering, automatic braking, etc. and still can't figure out how to sew up the inside of a car?

Can someone explain to me why someone would need the original will of a person that died in 2002 and the will was made in 1990? Have a client pestering the crap out of me for this and cannot grasp that we do not have it.

 

Card I dont know but my buddy's dad passed away recently and the gf evidently has been involved with will changes and signing the house over to her while the man was being treated for dementia the last 7 years.
What sucks is though it's obvious it either not his sig or he was manipulated to sign it, my friend cant find a lawyer to take the case. So now he and his special needs little brother have been shut out from everything including any little money and the house.

The funny part is the attorney called me asking me why in the world he wanted it. We've told him to contact probate court.
