Flipping thru TV trying to find something with the whole family in the den for first time in awhile. I stop on Impractical Jokers to give it one more try. After about 5 minutes, 18 yr old says "this is the dumbest shit I've ever seen".
I absolutely have no idea who watches that show and is entertained by them being too loud and laughing at themselves. Are all of their fans in New Jersey?

 

One time a guy in my hunting club was watching it and just cracking up. I’d never heard of it and thought it was without a doubt the worst thing I’d ever seen. Just impossibly bad.

 

I dont understand how Impractical Jokers took off during the same era when you could go on Youtube on your phone and see better versions of the same pranks for free delivered from people who weren't obnoxious new yorkers

must be the same people watching big bang theory every week

 

My wife loves BBT. i find it to not be the slightest bit funny at all.

 

The NORAD Santa tracking is my favorite part of Christmas Eve.

 

Having a really hard time putting on my "I Give a shit" face with people today.

 

My wife let my daughter have a kids messenger account and she's talking to one of her friends at 842 am for the whole house to hear and this is the first time I've ever considered divorce.

 

Work or home... because I feel that way too, and I'm off.

 

Work. None of my customers are working today, so it's home owner hell.

 

Of course home I will be assembling stuff, but at least I'll be medicated. Don't mind that so much

 

Part of the wife going thru chemo and such is if fried her brain a little. Worked in a good way this time as she thought today was Christmas so everything is done. I was wondering why she was on a frantic pace last night but she was in a zone so I didn't ask.

 

For some reason I thought she was in remission. Hopefully the chemo is at least keeping it in check, even as awful as chemo is.

 

She is. Chemo brain doesn't seem to improve over time right now.

Dropped my .257 Roberts in the driveway moving some shit, looks like I'll need to take a bank loan out to buy rounds to see if it's right.

 

.257? Never even heard of that round.

 

It's a shooter. Just been pushed to a fringe market by the new rounds in that range. Bought it from a guy getting divorced for $400 about 15 years ago, can't beat it with a stick for a walnut model 70.

Problem is in the current climate it's $3.50 every time I pull the trigger.

 

Probably not much cheaper to hand load them.
