The whole mandate thing is ridiculous. Just follow through on what you said you were going to do during the election. If the American people disagree with the direction you're going, they'll let you know in 2 or 4 years.

So that's 4 regulations there (the one requiring two eliminated for every one added, and the three lobbying bans), necessitating 8 regulations be eliminated. Which 8 are up for elimination to get these 4 in?
