Until Butch Jones, his sorry-assed excuse of an offense & his incompetent offensive staff get the hell out of Knoxville, 8-4/9-3 is the absoulte ceiling for the Vols with 7-5/6-6 seasons being a constant possibility. That's the bottom line. Period.

We've discussed this for 4 years now. Nothing has changed. Nothing will change. Butch is too insecure and stupid to change. The powers that be, supported by the dumbest fan base in college football who buys into every bullshit cliche' and mind-blowingly awful catch phrase the purple-faced one spouts, are so corrupt and incompetent they would fall into a bed of golden roses and come out smelling like a turd.

This is UT's storied football program now. And as long as we are led by the fools we have, both on and off the field, that will be our future as well. Joke's on us folks.

I just feel sorry that a few of our guys are seeing potential nfl careers being pissed down the drain by a smarmy spin machine for a coach.

 

They'll play, just won't have anything to show for their years at UT.

Bottom line is that the majority is scared of another dooley. At least with butch, they get to enjoy 2nd week championships and taxslayer bowls.

I don't get how folks can be happy with mediocrity. Butch might be one step higher on the staircase, but UT is still only halfway to the top.

 

I'm starting to hate Butch more. At least Dooley completely grenaded his job by quitting. Butch wil come up with some sophomoric bullshit convincing our idiots in charge that he works hard and just needs more time after year 15.
