A depressing but optimistic outlook on things.

Stock the shelves for the next man up. I will definitely say this about Dooley and Jones:

- Dooley was atrocious on the field and in recruiting but he did oversee the construction of the athletic facilities that everyone raves about.

- Jones has been mediocre to this point on the field but is killing it in recruiting.

They both set up their successor's road to make it easier. Whoever comes in after Jones will have a talent-laden roster and still sparkling and state-of-the-art facilities.
