I just don't know why one wouldn't invest in a stock of an actual business instead of an abstraction.

 

Hate on crypto all you want, still out performing Aunt Cathy, by a wide margin.

 

I’m not using leverage and it’s not money we can’t afford to lose.

Yeah I think it will go down 85% from the all time high so I don’t see 3k but I do think that will put it around 12-13k range.

I do think this is the crypto bust just like the dot com bust in 2000. 95% of the shit out there go to zero.

 

Because I want the exposure and don’t think it’s an abstraction, if we’re talking about Bitcoin.

now the altcoins and shitcoins I think they’re securities getting around regulations and will get hammered

 

Interesting observation about living in a unique social media environment where we are seeing people go through a downturn in a way we haven't been able to witness before.

 

I also accept this as a valid point.

 

Just give the money back when the stock market goes the other direction. Problem solved.

i told a buddy of mine that Bitcoin could collapse quite easily last year and he looked at me like I was the biggest idiot on the planet

 

I’m glad to finally have my told you so moment for the multiple people I’m close with that I talked out of putting a material amount of their money into it.

A year from now? The FED put is gone unless they want hyperinflation.


Unless you think the fed blinks but I don’t see how they do and keep any of the little credibility they have left.


Also IP I’d wait on buying right now and just stack cash. It’s going to get way uglier this ball of yarn is just getting state red unraveled and we don’t know what the fed will break first
