Hurt my back two years ago and haven't stepped in a gym in two years. I used my daughter as an excuse to begin working out again to help her stay on a program to get in softball shape for spring. Just been doing a bodyweight workout 5 days a week with a run day and that shit has been rough. She has been supportive though and helps me out with motivational comments like, "Daddy, are you ok? Your head looks like a tomato."

Nothing more honest than dogs and kids.

Was out the other day and a woman and her granddaughter were there. Granddaughter was talking about something and it came out the Grandma wears a wig.

Woah, last post was in January.

    Bump for the New Year's.

I ended my gym membership a few months back and bought some kettlebells. Use those along with calisthenics now at home and enjoy it.

I did the full in 3:58:46. I cramped really hard in sight of the stadium entrance costing me about two minutes I'm guessing. I was looking at my watch, but I couldn't make heads or tails of the situation other than I was going to miss beating 4 hrs if I didn't go on. It felt like an eternity.
