    My new townhouse has a gym in the basement. I'm hitting it hard in the next few months. Heaviest I've ever been in my life at 220 and I feel like shit.

    Turkish Get Ups have become my favorite movement ever.

    My weight has gotten out of control as well, got a gym membership and tonight will be the tenth straight day that I have went. Finally determined to get myself in to as best shape as I can. When I'm not working out, I'm thinking of working out. I've tried the gym a few times and ultimately got comfortable with dropping 30 pounds or so and went right back in to old habits, I think this time I can actually follow through and make it just a routine.

    Taking the fam to Orlando in 7 weeks, I don't want to be the fat bastard on the beach....gonna be a brutal 7 weeks.

    If you are working your way back, keep pushing, you got this shit.

    I'm in constant maintain mode. 48 years old isnt easy. Some belly fat isnt going anywhere and I'm not gonna run myself to death or eat overly great. I get to 185, I fast and drop. I get to 170ish and I beef back up.
    Worried about my [breasts]. Used to be fairly big. Now its got nowhere to go and decline, dips, etc dont do anything.

    Run 5 miles a week and lift heavy weights 3 times a week. That's my recipe. That and a heavy dose of whiskey at least once a week.
