Inside of knee just above the kneecap feels fatigued. Walking briskly 25ish minutes daily and leg day twice a week. Any ideas?

But if you were me, you are a leg day away from a quad tear pulled from your patella.

I had bursitis that presented below the knee back when I was marathon training. I thought I was going to have to give up on the race or get a shot, but it cleared up on its own after a couple of weeks with some prescription anti-inflammatories and a little scaling back of my workout for a week or so. As I recall it can be above the knee as well. Bursitis isn't the end of the world, but I'd have it looked at if it persists. It could definitely be something worse. Oh, and what Norris said.

No, this is not a "look at me who ran a marathon" comment. I'm fatter than a Hampshire hog these days and can't stay healthy for having a recurring cough, chest congestion, sinus infections, and other forms of crud. I have taken one day off work in the last twelve months when I haven't been sick including three and a half weeks last holiday season.
