I'm with droski. No AD is going to want to put up with the shit that hiring Tyler could potentially bring him. Now, if he were a proven badass coach in a sport that people really cared about, that would be one thing. But no one is sticking their necks out for women's basketball.
I'm just thinking in 8-10 years there'll be somebody willing to give him a shot as an assistant probably, because of who he is.

I see what you're saying, but it is a position of authority thing. If you're the same age as your boss, it'd still be a problem if they slept with you. I was TAing classes when I was 22 and some of my students were older than I was. Was a big no-no for anything beyond professional interaction for the length of time you were in any position of authority.
Hopefully there would be some sort of ethical concern as well, which is really the reason why he's gonna have trouble getting work after this.
