I really didn't do anything. She owes ballpark 25K (payroll taxes mostly), and has basically nothing asset wise. I just didn't screw the form up.

 

So to recap:

i recently had client who's ex husband apparently was taking hundreds of thousands a year out of his retirement accounts and not reporting the income. she didn't know, but it doesnt' sound good.
